A classic example of Pinot Noir from Burgundy, this wine soars with red and black fruits, tea leaf and cardamom, then crumbles of stone. Pair with pork loin, mushroom omelettes, or a bacony baked potato. Give the wine a quick 10-minute decant and serve between 54-60 (F) in a Burgundy glass.
