This 2016 Bordeaux is an elegant style of claret made for the traditional Bordeaux lover. A Merlot-Cabernet blend, it's surprisingly medium-bodied with moderate alcohol (13%), and shows the fresh plums fruits with a belly of tobacco and sweet green herbs. We recommend decating this wine for 20 minutes, then serving it between 58-64 (F) in a Bordeaux glass. Pair with essential bistro food like bone marrow, a pot of mussels, or coq au vin.
