Caroline Morey is Burgundy royalty. The daughter of winemaker, Jean-Marc Morey, she inherited a portion of his vineyards after his retirement in 2014. The "cherry on top" is that she married gifted winemaker, Pierre-Yves Colin and together they share a cellar, crafting some of the world's most collectible Burgundies. The 2020 is a bit taught but after a few months on the cork, it will reveal all the things we love about top-notch Burgundy: crushed black fruits, tea leaf, sweet iron, and wintry spice.
