It's that time of the year again, when we need to clean out our "wine closets" and get ready for the anticipation of the new vintage, the thrill of the next big star, or the comfort of an old friend. A) Must be foolproof tasty
B) Must taste like the grape and its sense of place
C) Must not be too weird, nor too funky
D) Must be approved by me (Yes, I would drink these, proudly)
