Weingut Rings is a family affair dedicated to eco-friendly viticulture in one of Germany's sunniest wine regions, the Pfalz. This dry version comes from hand-picked grapes grown on the chalky "Kalkmergel" soils which give Riesling a distinct, precise minerality, reminiscent of a fine Burgundy. With Rieslings bottled under screw cap, there tends to be trapped carbon dioxide. So, it's a good idea to decant the wine and give it a generous swirl.
