Fumin by Château Feuillet | 2012
Fumin is an Italian red grape, primarily grown in the alpine Valle d'Aosta region, where Switzerland, France, and Italy collide. It's big yet has an incredibly silky mouthfeel with the zest of green mountain air. This 2012, made by the region's leading estate, has a few years "under its belt," and is just starting to show-off its best self. Drink with charcuterie, pasta with braised oxtail, or hard cow's milk cheeses. Serve between 58-64 (F) in a Burgundy glass.
