Listán Blanco by Suertes del Marqués | 2018

Known as Palomino Fino (in Jerez), this old vine Listán Blanco grows on the north-facing volcanic slopes of Mount Teide. Fun fact? It's the highest peak in Western Europe outside the Alps and is a sanctuary for incredible old vines. One of Spain's top white wines, Vidonia comes from 3 plots of organically farmed vines, all over 100 years-old! The aromatics bounce with chamomile, apple skin, and salty almond, and on the palate, the wine is incredibly soft and velvety. Serve between 50-54 (F) in a Burgundy glass and drink with a squeeze of lemon and the freshest fish from the sea!
