Their middle tier bottling, Les Commandeurs is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Vermentino from the estate's clay-limestone and schist soils. Organically farmed and aged in steel, it's supremely delicate on the palate while bursting with Mediterranean flavor. We wouldn't drink rosé, any other way.
