Dominated by Pinot Noir, the Pinot Meunier gives a Riesling-like acidity and a feathery texture while Pinot Gris adds its exotic spice. Fermented using 30% whole clusters and aged in older barriques for six months, the palate is a starburst of cool climate fruit: pomegranate, blood orange, and white cherry.
