This Petit Chablis fools us for a Premier Cru (no joke). It impresses with cold cream, sour lemon, and white peach and hangs out for a while on the palate, stretched-out by a salty-sweet tang! Serve between 50-55 (F) in a Burgundy glass and serve with mild curries, cheese ravioli, or garlic bread.
