New Release: A Tribute to Grace Rosé of Grenache | 2024

It's hard to argue that this is not the best American rosé wine. Made from a vineyard in the Sierra Madre Mountains, east of Santa Barbara, an altitude of 3,200 feet is a blessing for this pure-bred Grenache. Harvested in early September, a long, patient, and cool fermentation brings out all the pretty flowers, cold peach, orange glow, and fall spice. Bottled in December of 2024, the alcohol is at that sweet spot (11.5%-12%) in which the wine is technically dry but ever-light. With just over 1,100 cases, that's not a lot to go around for America's best rosé. I hope you get yours; I've got mine. ~Allegra A
