Domaine Peillot Pinot Noir Bugey | 2022

Light as a feather, the Peillot style is dangerously gulp-able. I'm always amazed how the alcohol hovers under12%, yet the flavors are perfectly ripe and pretty. Aged in tank and pale in color, the palate bounces with pomegranate, peach, and cherry, balanced with just enough earthiness and tang to feel completely French. ~Allegra A
