Old vines and steep slate vineyards bring plenty of fruit and mineral to this drier style of Riesling from the iconic Mosel region. White peach, cold slate, honey, and pineapple-lime granita, make this a foolproof "patio pounder." Serve with anything golden and crispy or with your favorite grilled cheese sandwich. Give the wine a quick 5-minute decant, and serve between 46-50 (F) in an all-purpose white wine glass.
