If you like vivid and juicy wines, but super dry, then this is the wine for you. Located in the Dão region of central Portugal, Soito makes exceptionally refined (not rustic) wines made from native grapes, like this blend of Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Alfrocheiro and Jaen. Blackberry, crushed rose, red plum and sweet green, make this a fun alternative to Gamay or Loire Cabernet Franc. Pair with lamb meatballs, Korean short ribs, or churrasco off-the-grill. Serve between 54-60 (F) in a Burgundy glass.
