Brand new to Vinya, Champagne À L'EST is the sister brand to local fan favorite, Out East Provence Rosé. Pinot Noir dominant (60%) with a generous helping of 30% reserve wine and 5 years of aging on the lees, À L'EST is more decadent than lean, more "Va-va-va voom!" than "blah." Lemon peel, golden apple, and fresh pear tease the palate along with a soft gloss of beurre noisette and warm croissant.
