For April, we’re taking our first deep dive into Alsace, Grand Cru style! From iconic producers, like Trimbach and Marcel Deiss, to underrated champions, like Dirler-Cadé and Paul Blanck, we’ll explore Alsace’s finest terroirs and discover what makes them singular. Of course, there will be plenty of Riesling, but also unique emerging blends, and a mystery wine from our cellar. This is an educational-forward tasting for the curious palate guided by wine pro, Allegra Angelo.
