Keush Armenian Traditional Method Sparkling | NV
Keush is the first traditional method sparkling wine made from indigenous Armenian grapes. Grown in volcanic and limestone soils at an elevation of 1750m, these are some of the highest vineyards in Armenia (and some of the highest vineyards in the world that produce Méthode Traditionnelle). A blend of Voskehat and Khatouni, the wine spends an impressive 24 months on the lees. On the palate the wine is a mix of citrus and stone fruits with hints of hazelnut and fresh croissant. High acid and bone dry, this makes a great alternative to richer styles of Cava or non-vintage Champagnes. Enjoy with grilled oysters, aged cheddar cheeses, and birria tacos. ~AA
