Rosé and Pearls
Owned and managed by Champagne Louis Roederer, Château Romassan lies at the foot of the village of Le Castellet in Bandol. A blend of 55% Mourvèdre, 25% Cinsault, and 20% Grenache, 2022 is the first vintage this wine is fully certified organic! Lighter in color than most Bandol rosé wines, Ott’s style is one of supreme delicacy without sacrificing intensity or pleasure. You can look-up a bevy of tasting notes like “nectarine, citrus pith, croissant, and baked white peach,” but to me it’s one thing. It’s like drinking pearls.  ~Allegra A
