Almost equal parts Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine surprisingly clocks-in at a moderate alcohol (13%), showing fresh red plums, tart blueberries, and black currants with an underbelly of crushed tobacco and sweet green herbs. The perfect bistro wine, we recommend decating this wine for 20 minutes and using a proper Bordeaux stem to catch all the wonderful aromas of fruit and earth. Just don't forget the duck confit!
