Despite its low dosage, the warmth of Bouzy offers up plenty of fruit on the palate, followed by a bowl of rocks finish! Considering the grand spectrum of first class Champagnes, the wines of Pierre Paillard still offer incredible value for the true Champagne enthusiast.
