The best thing about Cava is that, by law, it must be made like Champagne (the 2nd fermentation of bubbles happens within every bottle!) Made from 100% Garnacha vines, over 2,000 feet high in the mountains west of Barcelona, this Rosado is perfectly fruity yet bone dry. The family estate is owned and operated by 4th generation, Gerard Jané. Called, "Reserva de la Música”, this Rosado Cava honors the family's connection with famous Spanish cellist, Pablo Casals.
