The flagship bottling of Moët & Chandon, Impérial has slightly adjusted their recipe over the years, becoming less sweet and more expansive on the palate, and as a result, more delicious. Mostly Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, it has red pear and floral citrus on the palate, balanced by everything we love about Champagne: cold stone minerality and scents of warm sourdough bread.
