Made from the same family behind Screaming Eagle, the Hilt specializes in truly cool climate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Far from oaky or buttery, this Chardonnay is reminiscent of an expensive Meursault style with its cool coat of minerality and bone dry finish. It also makes an excellent pairing for ceviche, fish tacos, and fried onion rings.
