Taking over the reins from her famous father, Steffen, breakout star Sophie Christmann is turning out some exceptional wines from Germany's sunny Pfalz region. This mineral-laden expression of Riesling is rich and textural on the palate with tropical acidity and a chillingly dry finish. Easily, one of our favorite styles of dry Riesling, we love the richness of Pfalz wines and look forward to more underrated gems from this excellent estate. ~Allegra A
