Join us on August 10th for a tasting experience, like no other, Grape Anatomy. Led by Allegra Angelo (who passed the master sommelier blind tasting portion in 2016), you’ll taste six classic grapes in a semi-blind format and sharpen your analytical skills. For August, our theme is a classic battle: Nebbiolo vs. Sangiovese. We'll wrap our brain around these two grapes and discuss their tricky similarities as well as key differences. This is an educational-forward and highly interactive class geared towards the ambitious beginner, as well as the advanced-level taster who just needs more practice (like us!)
