Subscription
- Can I cancel my subscription? You may cancel your
subscription by live chatting us. There is no cancellation fee. Live chat via the support button
on our site. Our hours are Mon-Fri 9am-6pm ET or Sat-Sun 10am-4pm ET.
- Do I get to choose which wines come in my subscription box? Our Vinya Box subscribers choose the color and we choose the producer. Pick Red,
white or mixed, the choice is yours!
- When will I receive my subscription box? We
deliver your subscription box free of charge every 30 days from your original purchase
date.
- Can I gift a subscription? Gift a subscription by
clicking 'Send as Gift' below the + To Bag button on the subscription page. A form will then pop
up, promoting you to add the gift recipient’s information, and choose between a 3 month or 6
month gift. After your purchase is complete, the gift recipient will receive an email to set up
their subscription account, add their shipping address, and choose their plant preference.
Subscription boxes can only be delivered to either Florida or Connecticut. A gift subscription
starts on the date the recipient sets up their subscription account and adds their shipping
address – not on the purchase date. Please note that gift subscriptions must be purchased as a
separate transaction, as they do not flow through the same checkout process.

that you are attempting to use may be expired or invalid. Check to make sure it is spelled

- Where can I find the status of my order? If you
have a Vinya Wine account you can track the order via your order history page. If you don’t have
a Vinya Wine account, email us at cheers@vinyawine.com and we’ll let you know where it’s at.
Shipping & delivery
- When can I expect to receive my order? Time
in transit is dependent on your location. Our Florida customers can expect to receive your
delivery within 1-4 business days. As soon as the shipment leaves the warehouse, you will
receive a shipping notification.
- What states do you ship to? Due to laws
restricting the shipments of alcohol, we currently only ship wine to Florida and
Connecticut
- How much does shipping/delivery cost? We offer free delivery for
orders over $125. There is a $3.99 shipping fee for local orders under $125. For same day
delivery (Monday-Friday), there is a $9.99 fee.
- Do you offer express shipping? Email us at
Cheers@vinyawine.com and we’ll find the best option for you
- Can I ship the same order to multiple addresses? Email us at Cheers@vinyawine.com and we'll organize it for you.
- What if I’m not going to be home to accept the delivery? A person of 21 years of age must be present to accept delivery. Shipping
carriers will attempt to deliver three times, then will be returned to our warehouse. A
re-delivery fee of $15 will be incurred for second shipment.
- Can I ship to my work address? Yes
(encouraged).
- Can I change my shipping address? If you have
a Vinya Wine account, you may change your shipping address in your settings. If you’ve
already place the order, it’s best to email us at cheers@vinyawine.com and we’ll make sure
that it gets to the right address.
My account
- What are the benefits of signing up for a Vinya account? Members can track their order history to remember wines they love, save
payment info for faster checkout, personalize their subscription plans and receive special
offers and invitations to events not posted on the site.
- Can you hold my order? Yes! We are happy to
hold orders during seasonal weather extremes at no additional cost until temperatures are
more moderate to ship. Please indicate your preferences at checkout or email us at
cheers@vinyawine.com to coordinate your future shipment.
- How do I change my credit card info? If you
have a Vinya Wine account, you can change your credit card info in your settings. If not,
email us at Cheers@vinyawine.com and we’ll make sure to edit your information.
- What if I don’t like a wine that I purchased or there is a problem with
the wine? If you are not happy with your purchase for any
reason, please reach out to our team at Cheers@vinyawine.com and a member of our team will
get back to you shortly.
