Pure Rkatsiteli, this bottling reminds me of a Furmint or steely Chenin Blanc. It has a subtle nutty honey edge along with fresh yellow citrus and tropical green fruits. More mineral than fruity, this is a medium white that can pair with array of dishes and spices. ~Allegra Angelo
