The force behind Latour is Hélène Génin, agronomist and trained oenologist, who joined the estate in 2007, drawn by Pauillac’s exceptional terroirs and madly ambitious to reveal their chilling essence. Today, as Technical Director, she has overseen the adoption of organic practices in 2015, followed by biodynamic viticulture, reinforcing thoughtful decisions that enhance purity and limitless finesse.
