Château Simone Palette Rouge | 2019

Like the rosé, Simone Rouge is a blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Cinsault with an intermix of old vines of Syrah, Manosquin, Castet, Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon and Muscat Noir. Bottled after 18–24 months of aging in foudres with another year in aged barrique, it's a wine for those who appreciate the savory, outdoorsy, character of a wine. Well-structure with meaty tannins, the palate is a wonderful mix of black truffle, dark pines, wild berries, and winter spice.
