Dom Pérignon | 2015

The current release of Dom Pérignon shows off a vintage that is ready for enjoyment and much less taut than the 2013. On the nose it's pretty with pastry, a confit of stone fruits, and bits of toast and almond. Almost equal parts Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the body is medium-plus, powered by a luscious fruit texture and crisp, white lines of acidity.
