My tasting beat reads, "Not as fat or chunky as other skin contact wines." Aged for 18 months in acacia and French oak barrels, then blended and rested in cement, notes of apple-ginger, honey, and rose intrigue the palate. Full-bodied, but lifted by fine lines of acidity, this is the type of skin contact wine that you can enjoy without food.
