We’ve been stocking this Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc in our grab-and-go cooler for the last three months, as a Sancerre alternative, and people have been loving it. It’s perfectly “just enough.” Just enough citrus, just enough rocky, and just enough tart and grippy.

The fruit comes from the northeastern edge of greater Touraine, near Cheverny, grown on flinty, silex-rich soils. In the cellar, it’s a classic approach — fermented and aged in steel with a moderate amount of lees contact — which keeps its profile colorful and snappy. The estate is also certified as HVE3 (La Haute Valeur Environnementale), which values a sustainable approach to farming.
