Domaine Migot makes my favorite sparkler of the summer. It’s 100% organically farmed Gamay in France’s fringe appellation of Côtes de Toul — and wait for it — Méthode Traditionnelle. The wine is outrageously juicy without ever feeling sweet, and every bubble finds its crevice on the palate, bursting with berry crunch freshness. I’m only sad it took us this long to get our hands on it. ~Allegra Angelo
