The eye-candy blue bottle represents the crème de la crème of Provence Rosé. Made from 90% Grenache with Cinsault and Syrah, "281" refers to the Pantone number for the Royal Blue color which drapes down the bottle. Nearly translucent in the glass, the aromatics are deceivingly intense with white fruits, striped melons, and roses. On the palate, the wine is soft, yet well-structured, powered by its rock salt minerality.
