A true Bordeaux blend of the classic five varietals (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec, and Petit Verdot), and aged in almost 50% new French Oak, the palate feels like a never-ending pile of roasted plums, figs, toffee, and even, the slightest whiff of Douglas Fir.
