Produced by the historic Palacio de Fefiñanes in Cambados, Albariño de Fefiñanes is a flagship for everything we love about Spanish white wine. This one is for the Albariño purist—no avant-garde tricks, no sneaky winemaking, just the grape being the best version of its fresh and energetic self, like the sweetest of summer rainstorms. Of course, there’s fruit too, but it hides out in the background—a little peach, maybe some melon (fine). Serve it with oysters, shellfish, fresh cheeses, or anything involving a generous handful of bright green herbs. ~Allegra Angelo
