You’ll rarely catch me drinking orange wine as I find most to be out-of-their way robust, oddly bitter, and sometimes a little hollow. But I’m a sucker for the softer, orange “lite” styles, like ZaZaZa’s Sausage Fest. It’s like a pretty-peach cocktail in the glass with just enough quirkiness of flowers and spice.
