Etienne Sauzet Bourgogne Blanc | 2023

Arguably my favorite Bourgogne Blanc, Sauzet's expression comes from parcels just outside the limits of Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet. Aged on its lees for almost a year, the wine has an impressive mouthfeel for a regional wine. Clotted cream, lemon, green apple, fennel, and cold stones expand over the palate, powered by fine lines of pretty acidity. When I drink Sauzet's Bourgogne Blanc, I always feel like I'm enjoying something more expensive, and that makes me very, very happy. ~Allegra A
