Share A Story With: Author, Carla Vass

Join us for special one-time event, “Share A Story With,” as we welcome Miami’s very own, Carla Vass. Former tech executive turned novelist, and lover of fine wine, Carla will be debuting her first novel, The Rally. Her story follows Charlotte “Charlie” Walker, who has spent the last four years building the dating app Flutter. It’s an instant success. Life is great—until one day she walks into a boardroom and discovers she’s being given the boot. So, she escapes to Europe for a Champagne-soaked vintage car rally, an extravagant, high-octane road trip where a cast of well-heeled characters drive vintage luxury cars and party their way through breathtaking locales. Think: reinvention, romance, and a side dish of revenge! Carla will read excerpts from The Rally, while Allegra Angelo leads a tasting of five wines, inspired by the wine regions woven throughout the novel.
