La Gitana-Hidalgo Manzanilla Spritz | NV

Made from a Palomino Fino base wine, infused with mint, and finished with Manzanilla sherry, this ready-to-drink spritz is crisp, fruity, refreshing, and so very Spanish. At 5.5% alcohol, it’s light and easy to drink, with about the same amount of sugar per serving as a Hugo Spritz. I like it over ice with a splash of soda water and plenty of fresh mint or basil. You can also add sliced green apples or grapes for extra tang. Versatile and summery, this is a nice addition to any fridge. ~Allegra Angelo
