What’s better than Ruinart Blanc des Blancs? Ruinart Rosé. One of Champagne’s most historical brands, Ruinart was a pioneer in perfecting the pink styles of Champagne in the 18^th century. Almost equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, a generous 12% of the Pinot Noir is vinified as a red wine (43% as a white wine). Completing full malolactic fermentation, Ruinart Rosé defines elegance within decadence. The nose is a delightful mix of cold weather fruits and warm weather warms (like pomegranate and guava; sour cherry and lychee), and the palate is lush, carried out by precise bubbles with hints of fresh cream and toast.
