Produced from equal amounts of Cot (Malbec), Cabernet Franc & Pinot d’Aunis, today's offer is 100% estate fruit, biodynamically farmed goodness, from the vineyards just south of Vouvray within the greater Touraine region. Made in steel and aged in neutral barrel, it's a low alcohol, wowzer combination of tangy fruit, purple flowers, pink spice, and drizzly earth. Now, isn't that what great winemaking is all about?
