Due to its southeast orientation, the grapes ripen earlier in the day and are protected by harsh westerly winds. Yields are low, giving us Pinot with bone-chilling purity and evocative aromas. Feathery and compact at the same time, this wine benefits from aeration. After an hour in the glass, it will show off its exotic side with star anise, rose, and camphor.
