12-Pack of Fermí Bohigas Galda Cava Brut | NV

Fermí Bohigas and their ancestors have been growing grapes and making wines since 1290. This family-owned winery is in the town of Òdena in the Anoia valley, 45 minutes west of Barcelona. Galda, their entry-tier bottling, is one of the best Cava wines I've had for its price point. The bubbles are refined and persistent, carrying along ripe yellow fruits, white flowers, and white pebbles. Whether you're serving it by itself, mixing it with a bitter, or gifting it, this is exactly the type of sparkling wine you should keep on-hand, lots of it. ~Allegra A
