Separating themselves from an ocean of pink, their wines have a vivid quality of fruit on the palate and finish with Provence's alluring sea-salt minerality. Made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and Cabernet, their "One Night Rosé" wins over the senses with magazine melons, raspberry parfait, spring flowers, and white stony earth.
