Separating themselves from an ocean of pink, their wines have a vivid quality of fruit on the palate and finish with a juicy sea-salt minerality. Made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and Cabernet, the One Night Rosé bursts with melons, white strawberries, spring flowers, and stony earth.
