Made by the tank method, this is a blend of three native Georgian grapes: Rkatsiteli, Mtsvane, and Tsolokouri, along with Sauvignon Blanc. More textural than a typical Prosecco or Cava, the palate expands with orchard fruits, almond, and stone.
