Keller RR Riesling | 2022

Drinking Keller’s wines is like drinking lightning in a glass. They are electric, kinetic, and simply, bone-chilling. As a result, his customers are fanatical and persistent, Got any Keller? So, if you’ve gotten this far, this wine has probably gone poof!

This is the first time we’ve offered the RR bottling from Keller. Jokingly referred to as the Rolls Royce Riesling, it refers to Riesling grown on the rare red soils in the Kirchspiel vineyard. The 2022 release, however, contains two other bonus sites: big boys, Abtserde and Morstein which supercharge the finish. Made in a natural feinherb style, the wine has a whisper of sweetness, which gives it all the right texture in all the right places. Considering Keller’s top wines sell for thousands of dollars, this Rolls Royce is practically free. ~Allegra A
