Moët & Chandon Impérial US Open Edition (2025) | NV

The flagship bottling of Moët & Chandon, Impérial has slightly adjusted their recipe over the years, becoming less sweet (now at 7 grams of sugar per liter), more balanced, and more delicious. Mostly Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, it shows white cherry, pear, and floral lemon along with the mineral "bells and whistles" of Champagne, that chalky cold stone and scents of warm sourdough bread.
