Roger Goulart Cava Rosé Millésimé | 2020

A pioneer of traditional method sparkling wine in Spain, Roger Goulart was founded in 1882 in a farmhouse in Sant Esteve Sesrovires, Barcelona. Aging takes place in cellars located 30 meters below sea level at an impressive temperature of 57F year-round. 85% Garnacha powers the Rosé Millésimé, complemented by 10% Monastrell and 5% Pinot Noir. On the nose decadent red berries, exotic orange peel, and rose flirt in the glass. The palate moves in textures on the palate, stretched out by a pleasing salty dry finish.
