Native to the Jura region of France, Trousseau is a beloved grape among sommeliers because of its light-as-a-feather mouthfeel, low alcohol, and pretty acidity. This expression from Stolpman comes from the limestone soils of Santa Barbara's Ballard Canyon where California's sun breeds succulent red and dark fruits and exotic herbs.
